Since 1988, Bayraktar Gayrimenkul Geliştirme A.S was involved in landmark projects such as Turkey’s first shopping mall Atakoy Galeria, Turkey’s first private sector marina Atakoy Marina with 5 Gold Anchors, Holiday Inn Hotel; Marina Hotel, Atakoy Regatta, Fame City Amusement Center and the Carousel Shopping Centre.

The group still manages Turkey’s first outlet center, Outlet Center Izmit and the Baku Park Residence.
