AUTOMOTIVE SPARE PARTS MANUFACTURING

The Bayraktar Group is valued because of the identity it has worked to create. It manufactures spare parts according to international standards, in four factories located in Pinarbasi and Free Zone in Izmir, Turkey. The parts manufactured in Ege Fren Sanayi, Ege Endüstri and Ege Fren plants are included in the OEM of international brands and largely exported to foreign countries.

Ege Endüstri is a supplier of axles, axle and suspension system components for global and Turkish automotive manufacturers. Following wise investments in research and development, it has enhanced its production capacity and grown consistently, becoming a rising force in the sector. 

Because of the competition caused by smart manufacturing and productivity enhancement, Ege Fren Factory is the main supplier and licensed manufacturer of many global brands, including German truck manufacturers MAN, Scania and DAF, in partnership with Meritor, the world's number one manufacturer of truck axles.

EGE ENDUSTRI

Ege Endüstri ve Tic. A.Ş. has designed and manufactured front, back, additional trailer axle shaft, suspension systems and parts for commercial vehicles since 1974. Ege Endüstri is the supplier of key industry companies like Daimler, MAN, Scania, Isuzu and Ford in Turkey, Asia, America and Europe and it operates in Izmir with two factories in İzmir free-zone and Izmir Pinarbasi.

Its products are used in both local and global markets, by customers from the USA, Germany, France, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Finland, Brazil and Australia. The company is granted with the IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and Ford Q1 certificates. Ege Endustri is one of Turkey's Top 100 Industrial Enterprises according to EBSO’s ranking among 100 automotive companies. 

Ege Endüstri plans further expansion of its activities in the coming period. The company leased a new 60,000 m² area in the İzmir Free Zone in order to bring together two production facilities in a single facility located in the free zone area. The new factory will be constructed in a ground area of ​​35,000 m² and the total construction area is ​​50,000 m². The investment amount is expected to be over $50 million and the investment is expected to be completed in 2 years.

Ege Endüsti Ar-Ge Center has a total of 45 registered and 28 on-going patents, thanks to its research and development projects.

Ege Fren Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was founded in 1987 and is a product of a partnership between the Bayraktar Group and Meritor, one of the world’s leading automotive technology companies. Ege Fren is a supplier and licensed manufacturer of both national and international brands, for brakes, brake subparts and machined automotive parts.

In addition to the automotive main industry, the company provides services for the independent aftermarket.  Ege Fren Spare Parts organization, which has a reputable image in both domestic and foreign markets with Ege Fren and Solers brands, continues to increase its share in the domestic market by cooperating with the world's leading manufacturers.

Ege Fren exports to a wide range of countries in 5 continents and manufactures approximately 3 million parts and modules per year at the Izmir Pinarbasi and Ege free-zone factories.
